Your 2027 Results Are Being Built Today

Inspired by Grand Master William Clark’s October 14, 2026 Staff Meeting

It is easy to think of next year as something far away.

A new year.

A new goal.

A new chance to grow.

But your 2027 results are not going to begin in January.

They are already being built right now.

A school can set any goal it wants.

More students.

More revenue.

Stronger retention.

A larger Coaching program.

More Black Belts.

But the goal itself changes nothing.

The important question is:

What are you doing today that supports that future?

If you want a stronger school next year, you need stronger habits now.

If you want more members, recruit today.

If you want more Coaches, invite students today.

If you want more Black Belts, set long-term goals today.

If you want more revenue, make presentations today.

Grand Master Clark’s challenge was simple:

Know where you are.

Decide where you are going.

Then identify the two or three things you must do differently to get there.

A bigger goal with the same habits usually produces the same result.

Your future is not created by the number you write on the goal sheet.

It is created by what you do after you write it.

What you do today will indicate what your future is.
